Good Friday! After some heavy rain yesterday and overnight (3"-4" on the Plateau), we will be clearing out and cooing down just in time for the weekend.
The rain will be leaving the area this morning, and even though we will be cloudy this afternoon, it will still be a nice end to the work week. Highs will reach the low 70s.
Tonight we will stay cloudy with a slight chance for a sprinkle heading into early Saturday morning. It will be much cooler Saturday. We will start in the upper 40s and climb to only the low 60s as skies clear during the afternoon.
Sunday will be excellent. It will be chilly in the morning with lows in the upper 30s! Patchy areas of frost in some outlying areas can't be ruled out.By the afternoon it will be sunny and pleasant with highs in the mid 60s.
Next week looks good, overall. Mornings will be cool, in the 40s. Afternoons will be pleasant in the upper 60s and low 70s. Other than the occasional stray sprinkle, we should stay rain free until Thursday when a cold front brings in a line of storms.
