Good Monday. After the Easter rain, we will have a nice dry spell for the first half of the week. You will walk out to clouds and maybe a wet roadway or two this morning. The front will push the clouds out by this afternoon, though, and we will have lots of sunshine with a pleasant high of 64 degrees.
Tuesday looks good with sunny skies and a high of 67. Clouds will build in Wednesday ahead of the next front. We will warm to 70 degrees Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday we will warm all the way to about 77 ahead of a front that will bring thunderstorms to the area Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening. Heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds appear to be the biggest threat at this point. We can expect 1/2" to 1" of rain as the front moves through.
Friday we may see a shower or two during the early morning, but most of Friday will be great with sunshine in the afternoon and a high of 75.
The weekend looks nice, also with cool mornings in the low 40s and pleasant afternoons with temps near 70.
