CHI Memorial's Rees Skillern Cancer Institute will be offering a new program aimed at helping women at risk for hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.
FORCE, the new group, will meet once every quarter at the Rees Skillern Cancer Institute's Cancer Risk & Survivorship Center from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016.
The Risk and Survivorship Center offers counseling to people with cancer risks to help them better understand how family history of cancer may affect individual risk of developing the disease.
The specially trained staff will assist in answering questions and developing accurate feedback for those with concerns.
If you have any questions about the FORCE group or need more information on cancer counseling, call 423- 495-2258.
