UPDATE: Chattanooga Police investigating overnight shooting

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -

UPDATE:

Chattanooga Police responded to a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the 700 block of Central Ave. Friday night.

The victim, 27-year-old Quintarius Mitchell, drove himself from the scene of the shooting, and informed officers that he had been shot on Brainerd Rd.

Mitchell was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no suspect information available at this time.

 Chattanooga Police Violent Crimes Investigators are following leads at this time.
