UPDATE: Tammy Ables was found after a Channel 3 viewer recognized her after seeing the story.

Investigators in Bledsoe County need your help finding a missing woman who is mentally ill.

Tammy Denise Ables, 43, was last seen on February 15 in Pikeville, Tennessee.

Investigators say someone used Ables’ bank card multiple times after her disappearance, but they haven’t been able to identify that person.

Only one person has come forward claiming to have seen Ables; however, that lead turned out to be nothing.

Ables’ family says she suffers from mental illness, causing her to hear or see things that are not really there.

Ables is described as 4’11’’ tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair with caramel highlights.

If you’ve seen her or have any information, you’re asked to call the Bledsoe County Sheriff’s Office at (423) 447-5555, or Pikeville Police at (423) 447-2585.
