Good Friday! We will be cloudy today with on and off showers through the day as an area of low pressure moves by to our south. Traveling to Atlanta be ready for heavy periods of rain as you head south. A front moving in from the west will also add to our rain chances bringing in light scattered showers through the early evening. Today's high will reach 53 degrees.
Tonight, the showers taper off and it will be cloudy and mild overnight with a low of 40. Saturday should be nice over all. It will be cloudy, but the chance for any precipitation is less than 20%. Temps will range from 40 in the morning to the upper 40s in the afternoon.
We will cool a bit by Sunday morning. Temps will be in the upper 20s to low 30s. A weak low to the south will bring us a chance of a rain/snow mix during the morning hours with skies clearing in the afternoon as the high reaches the mid 40s.
We will have a cold start to next week. Monday is MLK Day and we will begin the day with a low of 25. Skies will be partly cloudy and the high will struggle to get out of the 30s. Tuesday will be sunny and cold. the low will be in the upper 10s near 20 and the high will get to about 40.
