Police: One man shot on Brainerd Road

Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on report of a person shot, Saturday.

The call came in just after 1:30 a.m. Police say the victim was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg. Officers identified the victim as Luster Deloney, 22. Violent Crimes investigators are following leads, no arrests have been made. A suspect description has not yet been given.

Chattanooga police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423-698-2525. Police say the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when it becomes available.
