Good Tuesday. We are still on track for near record warm weather by Saturday. We will certainly remain well above average highs (53) this time of the year.
Today, after a cool start, we will be about as warm as yesterday. Yesterday we managed a high of 63. I am forecasting 62 today with mostly sunny skies. It should be a beautiful day... almost TOO beautiful for mid December.
Wednesday will be about the same. We will have a weak front die out over the area. That will bring some clouds, but the chance of any rain is less than 20%. The day will start with a low of 39. We will climb rapidly through the day, culminating in a high of 60 Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday will be warmer all day. We start in the mid 40s, and climb to 64 by mid afternoon. We get even warmer Friday as clouds move in ahead of a front. Friday's high will reach 66.
Skies will be mostly cloudy Saturday also as the front gets closer. The low in the morning will be a toasty 55 degrees. It only gets warmer from there as the high reaches 70 degrees by the afternoon. The record for Saturday's date is 72 set in 1931.
The front will finally break through Sunday, bringing some heavy rain Sunday afternoon after a high of 68.
We will cool back down a bit Monday as the high recedes to 58 (STILL 5 degrees above average).
