Central High School teacher, 24-year-old Rebecca Feher, is accused of having sex with two students. She is charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure.

The case will now be sent to the grand jury.

Police say 24-year-old Rebecca Feher is charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure after having sex with two students.
Police say Feher was arrested after being voluntarily questioned.
Feher is a Spanish teacher at Brown Middle School and Central High School. She graduated from Baylor in 2009 and has a master's degree from the University of Tennessee.
It was her second year teaching at Central High and first year at Brown Middle School.
Police say the victims are both 17 years old and they met Feher at school. There was an exchange of explicit pictures and messages and police say the sexual acts happened at her apartment on Mitchell Avenue.
"I was shocked. Absolutely shocked," says neighbor Chrissy Holt, "It's just so inappropriate and wrong."
The principal of Central High School, Mr. Finley King, says Feher voluntarily resigned Wednesday. Classes at Central are following a normal schedule, and a substitute teacher is taking over her Spanish class until the school hires another teacher.
Police say Feher was in a place of trust, and had power over the victims because of her role as their teacher.
Feher was booked into the Hamilton County jail Wednesday night and is now out on $40,000 bond.
Conditions of her bond say Feher can not be alone with, or act as a supervisor of any children, or communicate electronically with anyone she knows to be a child.
Feher is scheduled to be in court on December 8.
