A former agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation wanted on charges of child molestation has been captured in Knoxville, according to arrest warrants.

Charles Samuel Woodall, 34, was taken into custody at his family's Knoxville home by Tennessee authorities and GBI agents Monday, according to a GBI news release.

Georgia authorities launched an investigation into Woodall in September at the request of the Bibb County, Ga. District Attorney General's Office.

At a news conference in Macon, GA on Tuesday, Bibb County District Attorney David Cooke said Woodall is accused of molesting three middle school-age boys and showing them obscene material, starting in 2005, according to WMAZ-TV. Cooke said the abuse occurred over nine years and that Woodall knew the victims from church.
