Good Thursday. Today will be overcast with a few sprinkles here and there through the day. We will still manage a warm high of 71. Expect a sprinkle or two tonight as well we drop into the mid 60s.
Friday will be even warmer as the high climbs to 78. We will still have overcast skies and a drizzle or two during the day. Friday evening, a front will bring in a line of showers and storms throughout the area. With those storms we could see gusty winds, heavy rain, and lightning during the evening and into Friday night. Rainfall amounts will range from .5" to 1" for most areas. East of town we may see up to 2".
Some of the rain will linger through Saturday morning. Temps will be in the 60s through the morning. The rain will taper off through the afternoon. We will see the cooler air settling in as the high only climbs to 65 Saturday afternoon.
Sunday looks great with mostly sunny skies, a low of 49 to start the day, and a high of 60 in the afternoon.
We will stay cool Monday, but we may see a few more showers making a resurgence Monday afternoon.
