UPDATE: Suspect arrested in kidnapping of 16-year-old girl
UPDATE: Acting on a tip, Knoxville Police arrested the man accused of kidnapping a 16-year-old girl at gunpoint.
In a Facebook post police say William Henry Leonard Jr. was found hiding beside a building and arrested just after 7 p.m. Thursday.
Leonard is accused of kidnapping Harlea Hunter Webster at about 1:50 a.m. Thursday morning. Police said he entered the apartment, demanded money, then grabbed Harlea and forced her out at gunpoint. She was found uninjured just after 11 a.m.
According to Leonard's address in jail records, he lived near the apartment Harlea was abducted from. He was later captured on that same street, not far away.
Leonard is being held in the Knox County jail on charges of robbery, kidnapping and burglary. His bond has been set at $62,000.

Knoxville Police located the teenage girl who was reported missing Thursday morning.
Authorities located Harlea Hunter Webster, 16, near Summitt Hill just after 11:00am Thursday.
Police said a man abducted Webster from an apartment complex near Downtown Knoxville.
Police believed she was with a man armed with a handgun. They are still searching for the suspect, according to our NBC affiliate WBIR in Knoxville.
KPD responded to a robbery call on the 700 block of Town View Drive around 1:50 a.m. Thursday.
A man told police that the suspect entered the apartment with a handgun. The suspect demanded money from the man.
The suspect forced Webster to leave the apartment by grabbing her by the arm, and threatening her with the gun.
Police said Webster appeared uninjured when they found her. She was transported to a medical facility for observation.
Witnesses told police the suspect and Webster were seen walking out of the apartment complex when she went missing Thursday morning.

Police say Harlea Hunter Webster was abducted at gunpoint by a 35-year-old man about 2:00am Wednesday.
Police in Knoxville are searching for a 16-year-old girl who was abducted.
Harlea Webster is 16 years old. Knoxville police released the information on the abduction about 7:00am Thursday.
Webster is described as a white female who currently has black hair. Recent photos, however, show her with multi-colored hair.
She is 5’4” tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, gray jacket, gray sweat pants, and a dark gray beanie cap.
Police describe the suspect as:
- 35-year-old black male
- six feet tall
- weighs 220 pounds
He was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie and a black toboggan. Officers say he is armed with a handgun.
The pair was last seen leaving an apartment on Townview Drive in Knoxville on foot.
