Widow of OMS Band Director files lawsuit in deadly I-75 Crash
The widow of the Ocoee Middle School Band Director, Brian Gallaher has filed a lawsuit against the people claimed responsible for a I-75 crash that killed six people.

Jaclyn Gallaher's husband, Brian was one of six people that died in the crash in June.
Gallaher is seeking 11 million in damages and other court cost from Benjamin Brewer, Charity Dawn Pennington and Cool Runnings Express INC. and the owners of the company, Billy and Cretty Sizemore.
Benjamin Brewer is being held in Hamilton County Jail and faces 13 charges including six counts of vehicular homicide.
