Dolly Parton wants everyone to know she's doing just fine, regardless of false reports that are circulating.

She had kidney stones removed three weeks ago, she said in a statement on her website. She does not, she said, have stomach cancer, as some online claims have stated.

"I had them (the stones) removed three weeks ago and I am doing just fine! I am back to work and last week I was at Dollywood filming parts for my new movie 'Coat of Many Colors,' which premieres December 10th on NBC."

Parton, who turns 70 in January, also spoke last week to WBIR in a sit-down interview with Beth Haynes at which she appeared as healthy as vibrant as usual.

"With the 30th Anniversary of Dollywood, I did a full week of activities promoting my new DreamMore Resort's opening," Parton continued. "There is absolutely no truth at all that I have stomach cancer. I love and appreciate everyone's concern."

Parton and her health have been the subject of false reports in the past.

On Saturday, the University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland band honored Parton with a halftime show during the UT-Georgia game. They performed a number of her biggest hits for the Neyland Stadium crowd.
