CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) – The team of Dusty Elrod and Thomas Henshaw topped the field of 162 anglers catching a 5 bass limit weighing 26.44 pounds to win first place and $2,000.00 in The Hyde’s Automotive Open C.B.A. Bass Tournament. This tournament was held Saturday, October 10th, 2015, out of Chester Frost Boat Ramp.

Dusty said “There was already another angler in the area he wanted to fish first, so he went to his second fishing location he had picked out in practice and they were there. We caught our fish before noon and spent the rest of the day hunting another big one”.

Dusty and Thomas also won the Denali big fish of the tournament with a largemouth that weighed 9.63 pounds, good for 2 Denali rods and $100.00.

Second big largemouth was caught by the team of Brain and Cindy Hatfield, a nice 8.59 largemouth good for $100.00.
