Second arrest made in arson case involving former Cleveland police officer
A second man has been arrested in connection with a former Cleveland officer who allegedly set fire to his car in an attempt to collect insurance money.
Marco Molina-Enriquez is charged with arson. He was arrested last month in Murray County for his participation in the alleged insurance fraud.
The former officer, Edwin Millan was indicted by a Bradley County grand jury on charges of insurance fraud, conspiracy to commit insurance fraud and filing false reports.
Court documents suggest Millan paid Molina-Enriquez 500 dollars to drive his 2011 Chrysler 300 across state lines and burn it.
Millan was let go from the Cleveland Police Department when the new chief, Mark Gibson, took over earlier this month.
