Good Wednesday. Skies will remain cloudy today. We will not see the same type of rain today as yesterday, but a passing shower or two will be possible this afternoon and evening. The high will reach 78 today.
Thursday will bring in cooler air for the afternoon. However, skies will remain cloudy with a slight chance for a shower or two. The high will only get up to 70.
Friday will be even cooler. The day will start with a low of 57, then only climb to 67 Friday afternoon. Low pressure to our east will spin in more clouds, and showers will be likely late in the day. It looks like we will be dealing with some scattered showers Friday night.
The weekend looks interesting. The low to our east will potentially combine with energy from what will be Hurricane Joaquin and bring us showers through the day Saturday with some of those showers possibly lingering into Sunday. Right now I have fairly low confidence in the weekend forecast. I think it will be refined a bit over the next 2 days, so stay tuned. Temps over the weekend still look cool with highs in the mid 60s and lows in the 50s.
Next week looks dry and comfortable. For the latest, download the WRCB weather app. David Karnes
