Morning clouds/shower? Fall starts Wednesday

Posted: Updated:

Good Monday.  We have a weak trough of low pressure drifting over the area this morning.  It will bring some clouds through the morning and early afternoon.  It may also bring in one or two passing showers.  This afternoon we will top out at 81 degrees.  This evening we will clear out as the low drops to a comfortable 59.

Tuesday looks good.  Skies will be mostly sunny with the high climbing to 84, a few degrees above normal.  I will put in one or two spotty showers well east of town Tuesday afternoon, but most folks will stay high and dry.

Fall officially begins Wednesday at 4:21am eastern.  It will be a comfortable day with mostly sunny skies and the high reaching 84.  Look for much the same through Friday.

An area of low pressure will back in from the east to potentially bring in a few showers Saturday and Sunday.  Temps will also drop into the mid to upper 70s over the weekend.
