ROSSVILLE, WALKER COUNTY -

A Rossville man is facing charges for allegedly molesting a child and chasing a woman with a gun.

Catoosa County deputies were called to Jonathon Lee Stone’s home on Hargraves Road on Wednesday.

The woman who called 911 told deputies she and another woman had been working on the home next door. When she walked into Stone’s home to tell him they were finished, she says she found Stone in the bed with a juvenile girl. A second underage girl was in another bed. The second woman then went into the house and observed Stone engaged in a sex act with the girl. That’s when she told deputies she tried to intervene, yelling at the child to come with her. Stone then chased the woman out of the house while wearing a stainless steel handgun around his waist.

Stone told deputies a different story, saying he had accidentally exposed himself to the girls.

Stone is charged with four counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of incest. He is being held in the Catoosa County Jail without bond.
