Good Saturday, and happy 4th of July. Expect more scattered storms today, mainly during the late morning through the afternoon. The afternoon high will only reach about 81. There is a FLOOD WATCH is in effect through Sunday evening in expectation of more showers and storms, For tonight, we will see any widespread showers and storms tapering off through the evening. With that said, most models are showing at least some isolated showers and storms through tonight. I would love to assure you that the fireworks will go off without a hitch, but you still need to have that indoor alternative ready to go just in case.
More showers and storms are expected through the day Sunday with a high of 80.
Next week look a little more summer-like. We will see highs in the mid to upper 80s Monday through Friday with the rain chance only about 20% to 30% each afternoon.
