UPDATE: Police call off search for attempted murder suspect

UPDATE: The search for a suspect in Sequatchie County has been called off.  

Rolling was out on bond from Hamilton County for attempted murder. 

Sequatchie County Sheriff Ronnie Hitchcock says that two females have been taken in to custody; Lori Clark who was in the vehicle at the time of the pursuit and Mechelle Lockhart.  

Clark is charged with Resisting Arrest, Joy Riding and Accessory after the Fact. Lockhart faces charges of Joyriding Riding and Accessory after the Fact.

Both females are being held without bond till court. 


PREVIOUS STORY: Several law enforcement agencies are searching the Big Fork area of Signal Mountain for a man wanted for a attempted murder.

Julian Rollings lead police on a car chase through Dunlap, and ended up ditching the vehicle and taking off on foot.

A female was left inside the vehicle.

Rollings is described as:

  • White male
  • 6 feet tall
  • 180 lbs
  • Short light brown hair
  • Tattoos on chest and arm
  • Wearing black pants, no shirt

Police say that Rollings is considered to be dangerous.
