Red Lobster, The Cheesecake Factory and Sonic are among the restaurants singled out for extreme calorie counts in menu offerings.
They are part of the Center for Science in the Public Interest "2015 Xtreme Eating Awards".
Red Lobster topped the list with a meal and drink that together reach 36-hundred calories, nearly enough for today and tomorrow.
Steak 'n Shake also made the list.
