(NBC) The NSA's controversial data collection program expires in three days, and officials say they've already started a shutdown.

At midnight on June 1st, the NSA would stop collecting the meta data on every call in America.

The program, so far, has bi-partisan support.

The Senate will convene on Sunday to try and keep the program from being interrupted.
