Good Thursday. The low pressure that brought us the nice thunderstorms last night has moved to the east. Behind it, northwest winds will bring in cooler, drier air this afternoon. Today's high will only reach the low 70s! Skies will be mostly cloudy, but no rain is expected today. It will be breezy this evening as cool air continues to filter in. The low will drop to about 50 by Friday morning.
Friday will be a great day. Humidity will be low, highs will be in the mid to upper 70s, and we will have lots of sunshine.
Over the weekend we will climb back into the 80s (81 on Saturday and 86 on Sunday). Skies will be mostly sunny Saturday, but clouds will begin to build in late Sunday.
The heat and humidity will be back in full force Memorial Day as the high climbs to a muggy 88, and we have a chance for scattered showers late in the afternoon and evening hours. The rain chance for Monday is still a bit up in the air, and increases as we head into Tuesday and Wednesday.
