Convicted felon back in jail for possession of firearms and drugs

BRADLEY COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -

A convicted felon is back in jail after Cleveland police found firearms, ammunition and drugs at his residence. 

Officers were serving an indictment on James Williams Myers, who is a convicted felon.  When Myers allowed officers to search his residence, they found the following items:

  • Beretta .25 caliber pistol (loaded) found in Mr. Myers front jacket pocket.
  • Keltec 9mm pistol (loaded) inside camper trailer.
  • Glenfield 22 rifle (loaded) inside camper trailer.
  • Winchester 20 gauge pump shotgun under bed.
  • Various amounts of ammunition.
  • $437.00 Cash
  • 152.5 Various Pills
  • Various Drug Paraphernalia including scales and pill grinders

Myers was taken into custody and is housed in Bradley County Jail with no bond.
