Listeria discovered in another ice cream brand

Posted: Updated:
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is pulling its products from grocery stores because of possible listeria contamination.
This is the second recall involving this potentially deadly bacteria this week.
The company began a voluntary recall on Thursday after a randomly selected pint of ice cream tested positive for listeria.
The Columbus, Ohio, company is working to isolate the contamination.
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams sells their product at Whole Foods Market, Inc and other retailers across the county.
This recall only affected 7 regions, but not the southern region, which includes Chattanooga's Whole Foods Market.
