Two arrested for burglary in Fort Payne

FORT PAYNE, AL (WRCB) - On Thursday, April 23 deputies responded to a burglary call at a business on County Road 835 in Fort Payne. 

When Deputies arrived they found two males being held at gun point by a citizen. 

Investigators tell Channel 3, the citizen told police he saw one of the suspects climbing in a rear window of the business, and then saw two males exiting the back door carrying some merchandise. 

When the owners of the business arrived they confirmed the merchandise to be out of the  business. 

62-year-old Aubery Eugene McBride, of Fort Payne and 38-year-old Jason Scott McBride of Henagar were arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. 

Both McBride's were transported to the DeKalb County Detention Center and awaiting bond.
