(WRCB) - Good Thursday. We will have a couple more days to dry out before more rain moves in Saturday. Today will be unseasonably cool with highs staying in the mid to upper 60s with mostly sunny skies. Tonight will see even cooler air filtering in. Lows will drop into the low 40s in town with the air cooling into the mid to upper 30s in outlying areas. Friday will be just about as nice with a high of 71. Clouds will build late Friday as a front approaches.
We can expect some scattered showers overnight Friday into Saturday morning. Through the morning, we will have showers and thunderstorms moving through with the Storm Prediction Center giving us a slight risk of some of the storms becoming severe. Rainfall amounts look like they will range between .5" and 1". Some localized flooding may be possible if we see rainfall amounts any higher than that. Most of Saturdays rain will be during the morning, though a few pop up showers or storms will be possible through Saturday night.
Sunday looks good with partly cloudy skies and a high of 75. Monday will be about the same. Expect even more widespread rain Tuesday and Wednesday.
