Two people arrested on drug charges in Alabama

DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WRCB) -

Dekalb County, AL sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence on County Road 603 in Fort Payne.  When they arrived a male subject looked out the door and a female subject jumped out a window of the house and ran toward the road. 


When deputies enter the house they saw a sawed-off shotgun.  The male suspect, Jack Randy Wagner, 53, was checked for weapons, two knives and meth were found on him.   The female suspect, Tierra Deshay Jones, 29, was found to have marijuana in her possession. 


Both individuals were arrested and taken to the Dekalb County Detention Center. 


Wagner was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest.

Jones was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd.
