Hamilton County restaurant inspectors hit the streets again this week putting lots of places under the microscope. About 21 eateries were looked at and the good news no failures. Remember a failing grade is any score lower than a 70. Once again employees are doing a great job these days taking pride in their jobs. To be honest with you, the scores are really impressive.

We do each week give you the low score and this is an 86 at Taco Roc on Lee Highway. They have no critical violations to pass along.

Inspectors found the walls dirty in the kitchen, storage shelves in the kitchen need a good cleaning and food was found uncovered in the cooler. once again they serve up an 86.

The high score of the week and it's a great one. The Krystal on Amnicola Highway gets a 99. They are under new ownership and let's hope they keep up that positive momentum.

If you have complaint about a pool, restaurant, health care facility, day care or a place where you work out, call the Hamilton County Health Department Hot Line at 423-209-8110. Someone will answer your call each weekday during business hours pass along your complaint to an inspector for a visit.

Have a great weekend and enjoy your meal!
