The woman accused of killing a Dalton convenience store clerk was declared competent by a judge Wednesday to stand trial.


Skyy Mims is accused of stabbing 37-year-old Dayahbai Chaudhari to death last March as he worked at the Kanku's Express on Airport Road.


U.S. Marshals found Mims at a north Georgia home after she'd been on the run for two days.


Jury selection begins April 27th.
