Good Tuesday. After a bitterly cold start we will at least manage to get into the mid to upper 40s this afternoon with sunny skies. Tonight we will drop back into the upper 20s, but what a warm up we will have Wednesday afternoon. An approaching cold front will give us light south winds Wednesday, and that warm flow of air will boost the afternoon high to about 55 degrees. We will have a few clouds, but no rain Wednesday. As the front moves through, it will be falling apart, but still may bring a few flurries to the mountains overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning. Temps Thursday morning will be in the upper 20s and low 30s. Colder air moves in behind the front so we will only warm to 45 Thursday afternoon.
Friday will be cool but nice with sunny skies and a high of 48.
For the weekend, we will warm up quite a bit with highs in the mid 50s both Saturday and Sunday. I expect scattered rain showers Sunday afternoon.
