Bobbi Kristina's family asks for prayers on grim condition
ROSWELL, Ga. -- A family member is asking supporters to pray for Bobbi Kristina Brown as she remains in a medically-induced coma.
Jerod Brown, Bobbi Kristina's cousin, forwarded the attached "#PrayforBK" share photo and a statement: "The family appreciated your support, please you all continue to #PrayforBK."
Singer Bobby Brown requested privacy Sunday a day after his daughter with the late Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home.
"Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time," Bobby Brown said in a statement. A spokesman for the family, Christopher Brown, confirmed that Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, was brought to an Atlanta hospital, but said that "no additional information will be forthcoming."
