Good Monday. I won't rule out a few morning flurries, but the big deal in weather for this Groundhog day is the cold and windy weather moving in behind the front that brought .50" to 1" of rain Sunday. Temperatures will drop through the morning into the low to mid 30s. This afternoon temperatures will only climb into the upper 30s. Winds will stay gusty from the northwest keeping the train of cold air coming in. The winds will die down tonight, but the cold air will settle in as the low drops into the low to mid 20s Tuesday morning.
We will be sunny and a little warmer Tuesday with the high reaching the upper 40s. Another front will approach Wednesday. Ahead of the front, light southerly winds will jack the temperature into the mid 50s Wednesday afternoon. It should be a wonderful day. The front will pass through Early Thursday morning, and could bring a few light snow showers in early Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon will be another cold one with highs near 40.
We will start to warm back up Friday with the high near 50 under sunny skies. We have amazing weather scheduled for Saturday. It will be sunny and 55. It should be in the mid 50s Sunday as well, although a weak front will bring some light scattered rain showers to the area Sunday afternoon.
