NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Republican Bill Haslam has been sworn into his second term as Tennessee governor.

State Supreme Court Justice Sharon Lee administered the oath to Haslam in a ceremony outside the state Capitol in Nashville on Saturday.

Haslam won 70 percent of the vote in his re-election bid last November against nominal Democratic opposition, carrying all 95 counties in the process.

The unity theme of Haslam's inauguration is already being put to the test by wrangling over his proposal to extend health coverage to 200,000 low-income Tennesseans.

While the governor has stressed that his plan differs from straight Medicaid expansion, many fellow Republicans are balking at the proposal because it draws on money available under President Barack Obama's health care law.

Haslam has called a special legislative session starting on Feb. 2.
