Merry Christmas!! The rain is over for a few days, and after 2" to 4" we are looking at a Flood Warning through this afternoon for the Coahulla Creek near Dalton, GA. The rainfall deficit for 2014 has been reduced from about 8 1/2" to 6.82" with the recent rainfall.
For the rest of Christmas day we will see temps climbing to about 45 by lunchtime, and skies will be sunny as our high reaches 50. The air will continue to chill tonight. The low will drop into the upper 20s and low 30, then we will rebound with highs in the mid to upper 50s Friday afternoon.
For the weekend, we will stay mild with lows in the 40s, and highs in the upper 50s both Saturday and Sunday. We will also see some scattered showers on and off Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning.
