CHATTANOOGA, TN  (WRCB)-- Tennessee's Vintage Baseball Association says it plans on adding two new teams for 2015, both planned for the Scenic City.

League President Trapper Haskins tells Channel 3 Sports that the league's board voted last month to expand by two teams, with both squads destined for Chattanooga, bringing the statewide total to 10 teams.

Haskins says the league is planning to hold a recruitment and sign-up event for Saturday, January 17th but an actual location has yet to be finalized.

The two new vintage baseball teams will be named for actual clubs that played in Chattanooga during the 1860s, the Mountain City Club of Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Lightfoots.
