Good Friday! It's the last weekend of Christmas shopping, and the weather should be nice for it (overall).
For today, we have cool, dry weather all day with mostly sunny skies this morning followed by clouds developing late in the day with a high of 48.
Tonight will be overcast ahead of an area of low pressure that will move by to our south overnight into Saturday morning. While most of the rain associated with this low will stay south of our area, I do think a few showers on the northern end of that low will manage to drift through the Tennessee Valley. I am putting the chance for rain showers Saturday at 30%. Saturday afternoon will be mild with a high of 52.
Sunday we will see some clouds, but it should be mild and dry with a low of 36, and the high managing to work its way up to about 55.
We may see a few passing rain showers Monday morning. The day will start with a comfortable low of 45. Monday afternoon will be mostly cloudy with a high of 52.
Another front will move through Tuesday, bringing scattered showers in the afternoon. Temps Tuesday will start at 48, and climb to 54. Behind the front, cooler and windy weather will move in Christmas Eve (Wednesday). 39 will be the low with a high of 48.
Christmas Day will be dry and start cold with lows in the upper 20s and low 30s. Highs in the afternoon will be in the mid to upper 40s.
