Detectives with the Sequatchie County Sheriff's Office attempted to make a traffic stop on a white Lincoln, traveling on Hall Road in the Signal Mountain area of Sequatchie County on Monday around 4 p.m.

The suspects in the vehicle evaded officers, and after a short pursuit, crashed into a tree, where the driver, 29-year-old Justin Tyler Levi of Signal Mountain, fled on foot.

The passenger, 27-year-old Lisa Leann Ledford of Dunlap, was immediately taken into custody after detectives found approximately one ounce of methamphetamine from the vehicle.

Ledford was charged with Felony Possession of Schedule II(methamphetamine) For Resale, and is being held in the Sequatchie County Jail, without bond. Ledford is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on January 15.

Levi is still wanted by the Sequatchie County Sheriff's Office. He's described as a white male, 5'11”, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with any information of Levi's whereabouts is asked to contact the Sequatchie County Sheriff's Office at (423) 949-7750.
