Good Tuesday. Finally, the temperature and the calendar are coming into alignment.
A weak cold front will press through today. While we will see some clouds associated with it, I don't expect any significant precipitation. One or two mountain flurries, maybe, but nothing to write home about. Highs today will be in the mid to upper 40s. Behind the front, winds will be picking up this afternoon, blowing from the northwest at 10-15 mph.
Tonight will be colder than last night. Lows will drop into the upper 20s and low 30s, then we will warm only to the mid to upper 40s in the afternoon under partly cloudy skies.
Lows will hover right around 30 degrees through the weekend, but light southerly winds and afternoon sunshine will allow our afternoon highs to slowly climb into the mid to upper 50s by Saturday and Sunday.
