Good Thursday. After a slightly cooler start, we will warm right back up this afternoon as highs climb into the mid 60s. I think we will see clouds increasing through the day, but the chance of rain is less than 20% today. We will have a few passing showers tonight, but nothing significant. Lows tonight will drop to about 50 degrees. That will be wonderful weather as we start the 30th year of Share Your Christmas at 3 locations around the Tennessee Valley.
Friday will be mostly cloudy, but no rain. Highs will once again climb to about 65, ten degrees above average.
We will finally see our weather break a bit as a front brings widespread rain showers to the area Saturday morning. Rainfall amounts look like they will range from .25" to .50". The rain will taper off late morning into the afternoon, so if you are going to see the Mocs in their playoff game at 1pm Saturday, you may get away without getting wet, but I would personally have the umbrella in the stands with me just in case.
We will clear out and begin to cool a little Sunday. It will be mostly sunny starting with a low of 43, and climbing to 59 in the afternoon.
All next week we will have fairly seasonal weather. Highs will drift into the low to mid 50s, and highs will be in the 30s through most of the week.
