(WRCB) - Good Tuesday. We will continue to see overcast skies all day with mountain fog remaining well into the afternoon. With the clouds, we will also have sporadic light rain showers popping up on and off through the day. Highs will be in the mid 60s today, 10 degrees above normal.
Tonight, we will stay warm with the low dropping to about 50 by Wednesday morning. Skies will stay cloudy, and we will likely start the day Wednesday with more fog and an isolated shower or two.
That will be the case through the first part of Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon we will begin to clear out a bit, but the warm weather remains. Wednesday's high will reach about 64 in Chattanooga.
Thursday will be warm and partly cloudy. The high Thursday will reach 65.
For Friday, we will start out cloudy with temps around 50 in the morning. Showers will develop late in the day after a high near 60.
For the weekend, I expect more scattered showers through the day with the high once again near 60. Sunday will be mostly cloudy, but the rain chance will be low, less than 20%.
