WARTBURG, Tenn. (AP) - A program highlighting Native American culture is planned this weekend in East Tennessee.

The Obed Wild and Scenic River program begins at 2 p.m. EST Saturday and will last about an hour.

The park in Wartburg says the program will give visitors an opportunity to reflect on the ways of the Native Americans of East Tennessee and view artifacts from Native Americans from all over the United States.

Standing Oak and Sparrow Hawk will demonstrate how lifestyles have changed through the years for Native Americans.

For more information, contact the park at (423) 346-6294.
