Former local sports legend in custody

A former local sports legend has been arrested again.  This time in Vero Beach, Florida for driving on a suspended license.  

Meanwhile, he's also a fugitive in Dade County, Georgia.

Roscoe Tanner has been sentenced to serve ten days in a detention center for driving with a suspended license in Florida.

The Dade County Sheriff's Department is still pursuing Tanner's arrest for a contempt of court warrant.

The Chattanooga native is world famous for his left-handed serve in the world of tennis.

Tanner grew up in Lookout Mountain and rose to tennis fame, winning the 1977 Australian Open
