The colder air that I told you was coming has arrived. Clouds have accompanied the cold air and will keep the lows from dropping down too low tonight. I am expecting lows in the mid to upper 30's tonight. Thursday will see some breaks in the clouds and highs only in the mid to upper 40's. Winds will also be brisk and out of the northwest. With less clouds Thursday night and Friday morning we will see a hard freeze with lows in the mid to upper 20's. On Friday we will see partly cloudy skies with highs only in the mid 40's along with a stiff north wind.
This weekend we will see mostly sunny skies with lows in the 20's again and highs near 50 on Saturday. Sunday will see increasing clouds with highs near 50 again. By late in the day and into Sunday night we will see some rain move in. There is a chance some sleet could be mixed in with some of the rain in some of the higher elevations.
Rain will continue into Monday. Highs will be in the mid 40's at best. Skies will start to clear out Tuesday morning with highs in the low to mid 40's. Wednesday will be sunny with highs in the upper 40's.
