The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged 24-year-old Myles Stout Thursday night with public intoxication and indecent exposure.

Sheriff deputies arrived  at 5500 Jewell Road on a suspicious party. When deputies arrived they observed Stout urinating on a car that was parked in an opened grass area between several apartments.

Police tell Channel 3 that Stout made no attempt to shield himself from the public while he urinated on the car and that they could smell alcohol on him.

Stout told police he had been drinking and the car he urinated on was his neighbors. Stout was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.

Stout was convicted of reckless homicide and reckless endangerment in 2012. He pointed a gun at his Myles Compton's chest and pulled the trigger. Compton then died at his Mountain Shadows home. Stout said he thought the gun was unloaded.
