Good Monday. After a ridiculously nice weekend, we will continue to warm up to start the week. The record high for today's date is 86 set in 1940. I am forecasting a high of 84 with plenty of sunshine to go around. Skies will stay clear tonight as the low drops to about 57.
While we won't be as warm Tuesday, temps will still be about 10 degrees above average as the high gets into the upper 70s. Clouds will build through the afternoon ahead of an approaching front. The front will bring some scattered showers to the area Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. I don't expect anything major in terms of severe weather or heavy rain. Rainfall amounts will hover near .25".
Wednesday will be much cooler behind the front as skies clear out, and we only manage highs in the mid to upper 60s.
For the rest of the week, we will see sunshine, highs in the upper 60s, and lows in the low 40s. Friday evening, as the kids are heading out to trick-or-treat, skies will be clear, and temps will drop through the low 60s into the upper 50s during the early evening hours.
The weekend looks good and chilly. Saturday will be mostly sunny with the high reaching only 61. Saturday night it will drop into the upper 30s. By Sunday afternoon we are back up to 65.
