Weekend weather looks dry and very mild

Posted: Updated:
CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) - The string of wonderful autumn weather continues right into the weekend!

Friday starts a little cloudy, then mostly sunny skies take over with gentle breezes. Highs reach 70° in the city which is very seasonable for late October. Friday night looks great for your high school football games. Clear skies, but take a jacket. Lows cooling to the lower 40s late.

What a great weekend ahead! Expect mostly sunny days and mostly clear nights. Highs Saturday reach the lower 70s, lows Saturday night drop to the upper 40s, highs Sunday warm into the upper 70. Humidity levels remain comfortable. Enjoy!

Monday and Tuesday also see fair skies with highs in the upper 70s to 80° and lows in the lower 50s. The next best chances for rain come Wednesday and Thursday as a cold front stalls near the Tennessee Valley. Highs cool to 70° Wednesday with Thursday highs in the 60s.
