Three people arrested in Bradley County on drug and weapons violations

BRADLEY COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -

A traffic stop on 6th Street in Cleveland Tuesday night led to three people being taken into custody.  


Officers stopped a vehicle driven by 25-year old Nathan Burnette for no tag light.  Two passengers in the vehicle, 45-year old Frances Ann McNish and 37-year old David J. Graham were questioned at the stop.  Officers searched the vehicle and found suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and a handgun.  


All three occupants were taken into custody.


Nathan Burnette is charged with possession of drugs for resale, felony drug paraphernalia possession and failure to display tag.  David Graham is charged with possession of drugs for resale and felony drug paraphernalia possession.  Ann McNish is charged with possession of drugs for resale, felony drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a firearm during a felony.
