Alabama man arrested for several break-ins

DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WRCB) -

On Wednesday the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office received several calls about a man allegedly drunk walking down County Road 370.  

Deputies found 32-year-old Thaddeus Keith Owens at Kilpatrick Fire Department under the influence of a substance and leaning against the building. 

Owen was arrested on charges of Public Intoxication and taken to the DeKalb County Detention Center. 

Investigators gathered information and obtained evidence that implicated Owen as a suspect in several break-ins around the County Road 370 area. 

Owen was interviewed and charged with burglary 3rd

The property has been recovered and is to be returned to the owners.
